The perfect gift for a freshman
My mother gave me this watch as a "starting high school" gift. She had Barber engraved on the back for me as well. I need to get the battery replaced on the watch because the clock always shows that the time is 4:46. That doesn't bother me too much though; I still wear the watch all the time. The fairest of them all
My boyfriend gave me this and 11 other roses when he asked me to homecoming this year. They might be the prettiest roses I've ever seen. I really like how the edges of the rose are dark, and how theres a lot of contrast from the beginning of the petal to the end. I took this picture in the afternoon so there's a lot of light on the object Busy, yet peaceful
My parents gave me this ukulele for Christmas when I was in eighth grade. This present followed a ukulele that my great-grandma gave me when she was little. That ukulele is 94 years old. I had always loved music, but this helped me develop an interest in music theory and chord arrangement as well. I still play this ukulele to help me destress all the time. |

A place that I'd rather be
One time when I was sad, my boyfriend gave me this bear to help me feel better. He told me that his mother had given him this bear when her and his sister moved to New York. Whenever he thinks of this bear he thinks of his mother, so it makes him happy. This bear is small, and would fit into about the size of your hand. This bear makes me think of my boyfriend, so it makes me happy too. |

Shed some light on the environment
My stepmom gave me this plant for christmas last year. I love succulents, and I have about 5 in my collection. I also really love the pot that the succulent came in, but I'm worried that I'm going to have to repot it soon. My stepmom also likes succulents, which is why she gave me one because we bond over out love for succulents. |
